OUR MUNICIPALITY REIGNS SUPREME

In this week’s Flag Raising Ceremony, Vice Mayor Nestor Gabrillo alongside Municipal Administrator Romalyne Q. Macanlalay and Councilor Elias Villanueva, conveyed pride as the Municipality of Calasiao particularly our Municipal Health Office headed by Dr. Gemma Rodrio garnered the Top-Performing Newborn Screening Facilities, and bagged the 10th Place in the Regional SubayBayani Awards. Our MLGOO Marilou Geslani, Administrator Macanlalay and Engr Kier Bajaro accepted the award on behalf of the LGU.

THE FIRST HONDA BIG WING IN THE PHILIPPINES OPENS IN CALASIAO

It was an honor for the LGU Calasiao through Senior Executive Secretary Miguel C. Sto. Domingo to take part in the Grand Opening of Honda BigWing in San Miguel, Calasiao, the first Honda BigWing to be established in the Philippines.

Honda BigWing is said to be the world’s largest manufacturer of top-caliber big bikes.

LANDAS NG PAGKAKABANSANG PILIPINO 1899: UNVEILING OF NHCP’s HISTORICAL MARKER IN CALASIAO

Idinaos ngayong araw ang makaysayang “Unveiling of Historical Marker” sa Bayan ng Calasiao ng National Historical Commission.

Naganap sa Bayan ng Calasiao ang makasaysayang pagtawid ng unang Pangulo ng Pilipinas, General Emilio Aguinaldo at kaniyang hukbo sa gitna ng digmaan sa pagitan ng Pilipinas at Estados Unidos, kasunod ng pagpapasinaya ng Treaty of Paris.

Kasama si Tourism Officer Tammy Fernandez, Municipal Councilors at National Historical Commission, binigyang diin ni Mayor Kevin Roy Q. Macanlalay ang kahalagaan ng pagbabaliktanaw sa kasaysayan at pagpapahalaga sa kultura ng bayan na sumibol sa gitna ng pakikipaglaban para sa kasarinlan.

The Office of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO) of Calasiao, Pangasinan in collaboration with the families of children under the Child Development Centers of Barangays of LGU Calasiao held on November 4, 2024 at Buenlag, Calasiao, Pangasinan. The gathering allowed families to engage in interactive activities, bringing about an atmosphere of joy and affection.

The celebration emphasized the significance of family and communal backing in the comprehensive nurturing of children.

In attendance were Mayor Kevin Roy Q. Macanlalay, Liga President Patrick A. Caramat and Councilor Gerald Aficial.
