According to Memorandum released by DILG, here’s a way for stranded (students, local workers, local or foreign tourists, individuals) to travel:
1. Report or notify the Barangay Council that you are stranded .
2. Barangay Council will assist to escalate your situation in the Local Covid-19 task force of the city / isolated.
3. The City / Municipal Local Task Force will help you to get the following documents you need to get home:
I. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE coming from City / Municipal Health Office based on the following condition:
a. You are not suspect or probable, no contact in the case of Covid-19, or not positive about such virus; and
b. You are complete with 14-day quarantine;
c. If you are positive in COVID-19, RT-PCR results must be negative after couple of reviews.
II. AVAILABILTY TO TRAVEL will be submitted to JTF-COVID SHIELD of the city/municipality.
4. Regional Task Force or RTF will accept information about you, and will contact the PNP to provide Travel Authority.
5. Wait for notice from the city or municipal hall of your place for your return details.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) warns the public regarding the use of drugs or vaccines with unproven claims to be safe and effective in the treatment of COVID-19. Currently there are no registered drugs or vaccines that are licensed specifically for use in COVID-19 treatment or prevention.
There are on-going clinical trials to investigate the safety and efficacy of new and existing drugs, such as anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-malarial agents in the treatment of COVID-19 patients. The World Health Organization (WHO) recently launched the Solidarity Trial, a large-scale clinical trial participated by many countries (including the Philippines), which aims to identify evidenced-based treatment regimen for COVID-19.
Manufacturers and vendors of unlicensed products such as PRODEX B and the Fabunan Antiviral Injections have been informed regarding the process and requirements to register their products with the FDA Center for Drug Regulation and Research (CDRR). No applications for product registration have been filed to date. Until such products are proven safe and effective for use in the treatment of COVID-19 they cannot be dispensed to the public nor can therapeutic claims be made.
The Food and Drug Administration maintains its mandate in ensuring the safety and efficacy of products to protect public health and commits to cooperate with all agencies to ensure prompt response to this global health crisis.

ANNOUNCEMENT for COVID-19
ANNOUNCEMENT: The recent report of a confirmed positive COVID-19 case has been officially recorded in the City of Dagupan. This is due to the travel/places visited and employment information and data provided by the patient as well as the proximate boundary between Barangay Lucao, Dagupan City and Barangay Banaoang, Calasiao. However, our Calasiao LGU and the Health Office will manage this situation as a case in our municipality. Presently, a joint effort composed of teams from the Dagupan City Health Office and the Calasiao Health Office, together with DOH HRH are actively conducting contact tracing. The Calasiao Team will continuously pursue the investigation, registration and monitoring of identified close contacts to be classified as either PUMs or PUIs in Barangay Banaoang in the same manner that the City Health Office of Dagupan will do the same for Barangay Lucao. Thank you for your understanding and rest assured that we are and we will continue our mandated tasks in our united fight against COVID-19. Thank you and God bless us all.
